I called to order for pick up, come to find out after a longer-than-predicted wait, my ticket had been accidentally thrown away. Hey, things happen, but my 5 stars is because how the staff handled the situation. First they profusely apologied, offered my 4 year old daughter and I drinks and chips while we waited, then immediately went to prepare the order. They threw in an order of French fries and added extra meat to our sandwiches. Again they continued to apologize. I understand that mistakes happen, and the judge of a good business is what they do to make it right. They far exceeded my expectations! I will continue to go to Miones for my pizza and subs because of their customer service. Also, their Pizza crust is always light and fluffy, never soggy or greasy!
