I went in with a canvas weekender bag looking for a simple monogram. I was immediately dismissed and told it couldn't be done and after some prodding I was informed that it could be done but wouldn't be worth it. After pushing and asking for measurements and receiving a throwaway answer of "too small, and not worth it" I was then informed that the staff was going on vacation and it was a 2-week turnaround time. I love monogramming presents and I can honestly say I'll look for another location in the future that hopefully offers better customer service.
