Monro Muffler Brake & Service

Was on vacation heading home. Noticed something leaking from the car. Recently had service in Dunmore PA Monroe store. The staff was very friendly and looked at my car to find out that there was a tear in the o ring that was probably done at the Dunmore store. The manager repaired the problem and contacted the Dunmore store to inform the manager that the technician should me more careful. I much appreciated their honesty and follow up with the Dunmore store. That shows pride in their company locations. Thank you to the staff for taking care of us so quickly and making sure we have a safe trip home! Keep up the good work!

Great group of people here, they apologized that it took longer than usual b/c the previous oil change place screwed on the drain pipe too tightly and stripped it and they needed to find a replacement. Also recommended a rival shop b/c they didn't offer state safety inspections.
