Another bad back-to-back visits (the original 3 star rating pertained to us trying to get our sunroof seal fixed, and the price was only adjusted when we wanted to loop in our insurance). Took the vehicle in to obtain service surrounding front wheel well noises, belt issues, oil change (at approx. 110k miles), and engine mount replacement. When we got the cehicle back the oil indicator stated still only 15%, no sticker indication oil was changed, paperwork for the complimentary however-many-point check was not filled out, noises still there, car not washed, and then alignment was messed up. Called back and advisor recommended bringing the car in on Sat to merely get an "oil changed sticker" (for some reason it was not relayed to me an appointment was needed). Arrived on Sat around 0800 and was promptly turned away. After a couple of months, we had forgot about this, but then the engine oil indicator stated 4% (at approx. 112k miles) and we finally had the time to make an appointment. My wife took it in this time and they tried charging her for an oil change and wanted more items fixed. We didn't even bother with the alignment or requesting any corrective services from this place. My wife was brushed aside as if she didn't know what she was talking about. Her family has owned Cadillacs for the last 30years (and if that's brand loyalty, then i don't know would be), and she knows more about these vehicles then me. The reply to this original rating of 3stars is correct in that we've been going there for years, and believe this past trip was our last. The reviews from others are generally positive, and not quite sure what the service differences entail or who on staff is held accountable.
