Nails Spa

Worst experience of my life and I've gotten my nails done in 4 states. First, they way overcharged. I paid $89 for a Mani/pedi even after asking about the special. I was told they don't run the special on weekends, but listened to them offer it to another client. My toes were done so awful, one lady made the other go back and do them again. I looked at my feet today and they still didn't cut my nails right. Plus, I was there for a long time. Thankfully, I am leaving Stafford soon, because this place was so awful I would never go back.

Absolutely the worst 10 minute manicure I've ever paid for. My 5 y/o niece could have given me a better manicure. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. I am new to the area and have been looking for a new salon since moving however, I will not be visiting this salon again. The technician barely allowed my cuticles to soak and the water was cold. It felt like she didn't want to be bothered with my manicure. She didn't trim/push back my cuticles, file, or buff my nails after I asked her to even them out. I had to ask her several times to trim more of my cuticles. And I've never been anywhere where they lotion massage your hands in the beginning of the manicure...maybe it's a thing here in Stafford. In all my years of getting manicures I'm pretty sure that's usually the very last thing they do after they've cleaned and polished your nails. But no, here I am washing my hands barely 5 minutes into the manicure. Anywho, I could go on and on but I'm not because at this point I'm just ready to go. I would not recommend this salon to anyone don't waste your time or money here.
