The worst New York and Company in the DMV area. I ordered two shirts online and both were too small. I had them maybe two days with the receipt. The sales associate who I over heard tell the previous costumer before me she was the "manager" (when the customer asked for the manager) does not know what she's doing, she doesn't know the merchandise etc. It's just awful, I called and complained about her to the REAL manager because when I left I ended up with merchandise credit when the items were new with tags and I had the receipt. I was trying to take those back and order bigger sizes in the store and have them sent to my house. At first she said they had bigger sizes, then they didn't etc it was just a mess. I went back like a month later when I had a chance because you can't use merchandise credit online(I order a lot of my stuff online). They had to switch it to gift cards although I should have had the money put back on my card, but I was going to order a shirt I saw online anyway. The same lady was there and she actually was the one who waited on me. I brought the New York & CO magazine in so I could see if they had that shirt in the store and she didn't even know. If you don't have to, don't go to this store. Go to another location.

The employee that was working the cash register was rude. That overshadows whatever positive aspects there are of the store.
