AMAZING workout! All the instructors are extremely friendly and readily gave modifications when a workout was clearly above my workout capabilities. The studio is clean and bright and there is both a place to wait before the class and a place to put your stuff up in the class in cubicles.
I imagine this place is a smaller version of SolidCore (though I have never been to SolidCore since I am still working on finding my core). The workout was so intense that I was sore for the full week and could barely walk. I had to cancel my workout a couple of days later. This class is great for those with an average or better fitness level. Also would be a great class for anyone looking for challenging cardio, HIIT or pilates workout.
The class I did involved leg workouts on the reformer that involved streeeeeetching the move out and holding your posture in a way that really works out every tiny muscle. We also did TRX moves and then rotated to different stations for more full-body strength moves (ropes, ball throw, etc). I have already recommended this class to friends, colleagues and my husband.
