I had a nice smooth shopping experience which was totally thrown out the window after I left the check out register - an Employee named Iris A. was further on the rude side than pleasant. She asked me three times if I wanted to keep my shoe boxes and all three times I responded verbally clear with yes. Upon the end of my transaction I thanked her before leaving and she ignored me - so I thanked her again and she responded by nodding her head and turning away. Because of this I did not want to return the next day as I had to return an item - fortunately for this location Danielle D. helped me with my return and was a much more pleasant individual. Extremely nice and attentive with great conversational skills. If I return to this location I will be sure to avoid Iris and her negative energy.
