Norfolk Police Chief Office

Norfolk police response is only good if a caucasian is in need me and friend did study and its a proven fact norfolk cops suck and i will not donate anything else to the city learn to put people first

Not impressed. Called to speak to Chief and had a older disabled person answer the phone and could not help me at all. So with all the crime that's going on in Norfolk, guess I have a better understanding as to WHY they can't get a handle on it!!! VERY SAD
