My prescription was not filled the day I was told it would be. Unfortunately this was a Friday, and by the time I arrived at the pharmacy and found out it "never came over" it was too late to resolve it until Monday- which made for a longer weekend of being sick. There was no apology when I notified staff just an "oh, I'm not sure what happened"- and no one deemed it necessary to return my message to deal with this issue over the weekend. Several weeks later when I called back to pay my co-pays I spoke with someone I can only describe as rude, and incoherent. I am young, have fine hearing and this person was deliberately being short and lacked any real understanding of customer service- this may be a service the office uses but regardless it was unacceptable.
My two visits with Dr. Williams were okay, but I felt like the second one was unnecessary or could have been a much later follow up. During my first visit I ended up waiting over an hour in the small room. He was apologetic. He did seem knowledgeable and had a good bedside manner- which is the most important thing of course. If I reviewed him separately I would say 4 stars.
I know there are limited options for your pulmonary ailments, and this place is serviceable- maybe I just had bad luck. I write this hoping someone from the organization reads this and offers better guidance to their staff on basic customer service needs.
