I have been a customer since 1990. I upgraded to a three year alignment for a new Honda Accord, when the alignment was constantly needing repair. I had made an effort to overlook a new set of tires (100k miles warranty) getting destroyed in less than 35k miles. I had them install a second set of tires (third, if you count the original factory set) and upgraded to the 3 year alignment plan. I also purchased their lifetime tire balance plan at that time. The car is on it's third set of tires while all alignments were performed by NTB at Central Park in Fredericksburg. The car only has 59k miles. On 12/26/2016 I paid the Honda dealer ($90) to check the most recent alignment done by NTB. It was out of specification and this was only 20 days after NTB had done their last alignment. So I said that was enough for me. But wait, I make it clear they did not fulfill their promise when charging me for a three year contract and I ask for my money back. I furnish them all of the paperwork with scanned PDFs via a conversation (email) with an employee of Tire Kingdom. I furnish them with all pertinent documentation. Instead of getting my money back, I get questions like why didn't I bring it back for them to look at their job. The answer to that is simply, "After the Honda dealer aligned it correctly, there is nothing for NTB to look at."
I would not recommend NTB at Central Park for anything. I have been a customer since 1990. No longer.
