Excellent staff. Extremely helpful and friendly. This place is affordable and you don't need to sign a yearly contract, you can just pay on monthly basis. The gym is always brightly lit, clean and well kept. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiter and less chaotic gym to work out of.

Great place. Fun atmosphere. We were there for a birthday party and lacrosse practice on different occasions. Clean facility, nice staff. Outstanding service. Trying parents night out soon.

My son goes to the little stars preschool and we can't say enough good things about the teachers and staff. They genuinely care about you and your family. They have great hours as well to work around a busy schedule.
