The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We arrived tired and sore after a seven hour drive, so we asked to change our room from the third floor to the first floor. However, the first floor room wasn't as ready as it could have been. On the following day when we let them know, they responded quickly to make it right. There was a lot of street noise and light coming in from the street. It's an economy motel, and the cost was very reasonable.
