Had my mom car towed and they towed it to their location not the shop where they were suppose to and lied and said the owner of the shop refused it. Took it to their location and never called to let her know it was their. They have a very disrespectful receptionist that needs her a** beat and if I was close by she will catch it....she is unprofessional and needs more training. I will not recommend this company to anyone !!!!
