I joined OT McLean mid-February- so I’ve been a member for 2 months. I’ve already lost 2 pounds and I only go once a week (no diet change). It is such an amazing work out with the cardio, rowing and strength training. I feel like it is about what I would do in 2-3 work outs all crammed into one 60 min session (hey I’m a little lazy when left to my own devices :)!!). The best part is I have had chronic rotator cuff tendinitis for the past few years. In the last month I noticed my shoulder pain decreased significantly when I play volleyball. My hitting also more powerful from the core exercises. I can only attribute it to OT because the rowing and many of the strength moves are similar to what I did in physical therapy.
