My mother moved to Magnolia as at the lowest level of assistance and as needed, went over to Dogwood in rehab and nursing then to skilled nursing. As her needs changed she moved back and forth from one level of care or unit seamlessly. The nursing staff pleasant and the care she received was exceptional; I felt they really cared about their patients. The housekeeping staff kept the rooms and common areas immaculate. It never had the look, feel or odor of a nursing home. The Orchard is a real "find" in the middle of such a rural area.
