Pam AM Cleaners

I asked for an article to be dry cleaned, have a single button repaired with the replacement, and to have a tear sown up. They did all that, however, instead of repairing the one button with the replacement that I provided them, they instead removed ALL the buttons on my outfit, and replaced them with cheaper versions and took all the original buttons off of it! At first I didn't mind, but thinking about it now, my outfit feels alot cheaper then it used to and I am not happy wit the result.
