Pandora

Came in on Friday to get a simple exchange, I spoke with one woman who then directed me to this other girl who didn't even look like she worked there. I asked if she could please help me exchange these two previously purchased rings for a smaller size. She got one of them and proceded to check me out without even asking if I wanted to try it first (I told her I wasn't sure what size I was, i just knew the ones I had were too big). She sighed and acted like I was the biggest inconvenience when I wanted to try it on first.. I understand if it was crazy busy and at the end of the day but I was the ONLY person there doing such a simple thing. It was still too big but I said it was fine because I didn't want to be there anymore. I wanted to purchase something else too, but because of the way I was treated I decided against it. I went to another store (who were much more helpful) and will be taking my services elsewhere. Unfortunate because I loved this store.
