Panera Bread

Fast service and polite and great atmosphere. Vegan black bean soup with French baguette is great. Portions could be larger. More vegan options would be better. Quality and taste are excellent.

Here is very nice and cozy cafe for coffee and bread. I stopped by here for a coffee and I was impressed by a man who showed me so kind manner because they served me a decaf coffee even though they do not serve it after 2:00pm. Thank you ~~

I have always been a Panera fan and love almost all of their menu options, but I truly hated my experience at this Paneras recently. While waiting in line I was asked to use the kiosk and did so. I then had to ask for additional coffee since there was none in the carafe and when our food was delivered our bagel did not have the cream cheese I asked for when ordering. After asking the server she asked if I had used the kiosk and said it didn't show up on my receipt. It was as if there was a problem with the kiosk. She did not offer to fix it or even tell me how I could manage to get the cream cheese. Instead she gave a very rude attitude and left us unhappy. Horrible customer service and attitudes here.
