At the two different times I been using this pizza store, once pizza was dry and was like card board, even for thin it should had taste better. Papa John did replace it. Pizza two waiting time was 20 minutes, waited 30 minutes and they gave my pizza to another customer. Manager said he would make me another right now and bring it to me. After I got home I found the pizza to be hot, but it was burned. I may have Papa John's later but not any time soon. Sorry Papa John's but you may have lost a good customer
