Not so worth "All utilities included". It doesn't matter if the outside temperature reaches 85 degrees in April-May. The management will not turn on the AC and you will die in a super heated apartment. And I'm a winter person, I get cold easily so imagine a person like me "feeling hot". There are fans in homes but it doesn't help to cool down the temperature. I'm really worried about the upcoming hot weather in the next week with no AC. ***I will update this review next week on the management's decision as next week is supposed to be 80-87degrees all week long.
