While my JEEP that I purchased from this DEALER is amazing, the actual dealership...well... Let me explain. I purchased a new Jeep back in October and the dealership DID NOT CONTACT DMV. I got a temporary registration (30 days), but that is besides the point. I received a bill from DMV for my OLD vehicle (traded in) AND a bill for Personal Property with NO NEW VEHICLE INFO. I immediately contacted the dealership to find out what was going on this past Monday (11/13/17). "JC" dismissed it as they were "backed up", "you have 30 days" and "let me contact our DMV rep". He called me back to tell me that "it was taken care of". Today (11/15/17), I spoke with the county about my Personal Property Bill and guess what? STILL NO INFO. Called back to dealership and again spoke with "JC" who proceeded to tell me that "I received that incorrectly from DMV as they probably sent before we corrected 2 days ago". WTH?! I called him out on it "Of course, I CALLED YOU 2 days ago to fix this with DMV". I also asked him what date was given to DMV for "Disposal Date" (trade in/ sell date) which took him back. So I prompted, "The date I bought the car right?". He then agreed. Unfortunately, I will have to stay on top of this until I get an update from DMV and the county because the dealership was "backed up". Lesson learned.
if you buy from this dealership, do not assume that they will take care of DMV right away like pretty much every other dealership. STAY ON TOP OF THEM. Otherwise my Jeep is awesome, but then again it is a JEEP.
