Pediatric Specialists of Virginia

We used to see the Endocrinologist there for my son. He is a very good doctor. But their appointment scheduling staff is not trained appropriately and not helpful. We had an appointment and wanted to reschedule it. When we called we were told the next one is available after few months so we asked them to keep this appointment. On the day of the appointment we called them for something and were told that our appointment was cancelled because we called and cancelled it. As I said before, we wanted to reschedule the appointment but didn't do it because the next one was available after few months. I told them that we want to keep this appointment and don't want to cancel it. But the person cancelled it and we were left helpless. They were not willing to help us. Just because of this type of service and attitude from them, we are going to change the doctor and not go to this place again.
