Do NOT take your pets to this place unless you want a terrible haircut and your doggy to be hurt afterwards... they cut my dogs nails too short to the point he was seriously bleeding, shaved super close to his eyes and cut his leg. My dog is not even acting normal and I’m not sure what kinda treatment he got in this place, he’s 5 years old and gets regularly groomed. I’ve never had this kind of issue before
3/5: Brandy (store manager) & Aaron (owner) did everything in their power after this incident to make it right (followed up, paid for my vet bill, gave my pup treats, etc) and the groomer no longer works there. I believe the staff truly cares about providing good service and the well-being of the fur babies!
