The staff at PetMAC are super friendly & knowledgeable about both their products and animals. They've always gone out of their way to help me when I have any questions, work closely with the different rescue groups in the area, are willing to order in items not in stock (or if you need the items in bulk), and have a huge variety of high quality dog & cat foods available, as well as all sorts of toys and other pet accessories.
