I've been going to Phoenix Nail spa for over a year now; I used to love the environment and the slight kindness from the people who work there(Melissa and Anne) but this last week or so I had Melissa do a fabulous job of my nails, yet the first week I had three nails chip and break off; My actual nail with a hard acrylic base and shellac gel nail polish. First off not supposed to crack nor should my nail break in half. Then this is my second and I had to go back because I had the same problem. Anne suggested something else even though I've used this method over 5 months and never had a problem. I was not about to pay an additional $40 for a mistake that was made in their part. I ask to get them taken off, and they still charged me$10. Umm if it was over two weeks I'd understand but it was a week and 2 days really:( Customer service was slacking since I paid over 50 to get my nails done then taken off in a matter of a week and some. The disappointment of custiner service is why I will not be a returning customer. I can go spend my hard earned money else where if they don't understand when their products are guaranteed for at least a 3 week time period, and anything less than that should be fixed for free. Seemed as if she was irritated from the third return:(
