I signed up for membership, and for whatever reason they could not access some sort of information regarding my credit card. So instead of calling me or asking me for the information they just started charging my card extra fees with no notification. When I called to ask about the charges I was offered no extra information, and was informed that if I had not called they would have continued overcharging me EVERY MONTH. This is extremely shady and I am very unhappy with the policy.
