Bad service! Prices are higher than other Platos, but mostly about their customer service... TERRIBLE! Specially the night of 9/14/2017 people just don't care if you're buying or Not!

I drop off clothes for the first time in Saturday afternoon didn’t know the process is the girl there just took a copy of my dL and told me they will text me never explain how things work, I left to the store next door they never text me so went home thinking maybe takes a couple days , today Tuesday they call and leave a voicemail threatening me that if I don’t pick up my stuff by today they were gonna give as a donation, horrible nothing else they didn’t say if they don’t like the clothes or what, I’m very disappointed just in the customer service to start , first and last time I go there , what a ignorant people...
