My boyfriend has gone to the Mechanicsville location for probably a month now. For an experiment per say. We use to sell our clothes all the time there and the past few months they have slacked ever since new employees have started. Every week we bring in clothes, old and BRAND NEW, putting old clothes at the top and new at the bottom. THEY DO NOT GO THROUGH ALL OF YOUR CLOTHING. Perfectly folded clothing, with tags still on them from hollister, pac sun and even Abercrombie. Getting the bag at the register and then saying “we couldn’t accept any of your items because they are NOT in good condition”. When he gets to his car he looks at the bag and not one item has been touched and in the same order. Brand new shoes, shirts and jeans. This has happened every week.
A little piece of advice to the new employees, if you’re too lazy to do your job, go stay on the couch at home. Advertisement states “we buy and sell new and used clothing” if you can’t live up to that promise, this location should go out of business. If you can’t buy clothes that day make it known to the public. The staff is rude and have no manners. I DO NOT recommend this location.. it’s funny because this isn’t the first rating that has said this. Go through the clothes, people notice that you don’t go through it.
Stop hiring high schoolers and hire people that’ll actually do their job.
