as i would like to share how my experience went with your team on 2nd December 2017. I have contacted one of your sales consultant as i was interested on used Infiniti 2012 QX 56 2012 , online price was 26700 and was confirmed by same sales consultant and i asked him to re-confirm for which he got back saying it is priced to sale and price is 26700 with that said i took appointment at 7:30 PM same day and even before test drive at dealership price was again confirmed that it is marked to be sold and after test drive and about to see final number i was told sorry it was marked wrong. i agree mistakes happen online but when i called ,booked an appointment and even at dealer ship price was confirmed as 26700 but number changes saying its a mistake. it wasted all our family time who came over with me for a test drive and sure thoughts to buy it . it was very sad for all of us as wasted all Friday evening spend time for nothing at your location.
Keep it up as i also understood from other reviews that you had this history , i had better experience when i bought Acura MDX from pohanka Acura next them but some how this roof it totally different and gives bad impression for entire pohanka group of dealers.
