Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The service is fast. The servers are friendly. With the exception of the cashier I got this past visit. She did not speak a lot of English and couldn't understand what I was saying. Which is very frustrating for both of us. And my chicken was warm not hot and my sides were absolutely cold. They normally do a much better job so I was surprised. At just how bad my last 2 visits were.
