Went in 2 weeks ago to return a book by USPS and asked for cheapest service. Was quoted 13.00 by new owner for a book that was 9.00. Went to the P.O. down the mall and paid 3.00. This new guy is not playing fair. I worked in shipping and know the services offered by the USPS and I am guessing Postal Master was trying to get me to pay for over night. Bad business practice. Former owner was great. What a shame that it's these stunts that make ppl not support the small business.
