I took my computer to this store and it was diagnosed and the repair was almost the price of buying the same model new. So I choose not to go through with the repair. He said oh you're probably just going to take it the company and see how much they will charge and if you bring it back we charge the diagnostic fee again. So it will cost more. Even though they know what the problem is they would still charge me again if I walk out the store without getting it fixed right then?? I don't like that practice. Even if I planned to get it fixed it will NEVER be by this company.
