I was surprised by the variety of storage unit sizes they offer, they definitely have an answer to however much or little you are looking to store. You also get 24/7 access to your unit, which is very convenient and fairly hard to find elsewhere. The hallways are well lit, and they have an AC/dehumidifier system, ensuring your belongings stay dry in the wet NRV weather.
Kevin is very accommodating as well; I had originally paid for 3 months up front, but at the end of the 3 months I forgot to pay for the following month. Kevin contacted me around a month later and allowed me to pay for the back-month and current month without any problems. He even let me keep the summer special rate I was originally paying. This sort of “customer-first” approach is often hard to find in many larger, “big-box” storage facilities. For example, if you ever have a question or there was ever a problem with your unit, the number on their website goes straight to Kevin.
I would definitely recommend PFSS to anyone looking for an affordable (and convenient) storage unit in the NRV area.
