Management changed at the end of 2017 and the service and quality of this site has gone downhill! The elevator and entrance gates are continuously broken "being repaired". There are no outside lights -- they exist but no light bulbs in them. And the service is just crappy! I miss Wali and Jeannette -- they were the best!
