Richard Smith did a fine job recommending equipment to replace my existing HVAC system, and provided an estimate promptly. Scheduling installation was easy and the crew installed everything in one day as promised. They were very professional and did a very clean and neat job. My only caveat is that Richards should provide an itemized invoice to be paid on the date of installation rather than much later and only after I had requested it. Overall I still give them 5 stars.
I had a scheduled repair of an AC set from 1 to 5. The repair man showed up at 11. Luckily someone was there. AC needed freon, but repair man did not have. 4 days later still waiting to hear from them and house is still boiling hot. Worst service I have ever had from an HVAC company
