I'd say it was terrible but it was non-existent. They kept my car for 10 days and then came to the conclusion that it would be "out of their expertise" to fix. It took them 10 days of doing nothing to it to figure that out. No call. I called them and called them and there's nowhere to leave a message, no call back, no one would pick up the phone. Right now, I'm trying to get a tow truck to pick up my car from there and take it somewhere where they CAN fix it - but they won't answer their phone and they have my car locked in a lot behind a chain link fence.
