Asked for a beard trim where the side burns were cut low and then faded back to length as he got toward my chin. What I got was the entire side of my face trimmed down to a #one with what is basically a giant soul patch on my chin. Absolutely NO fade, didn't listen to what I asked for at all and by the time I saw what was happening... Too late. Never coming here again. UPDATE: need to revise my rating for one simple reason: The customer service here is top notch. As soon as management heard of my complaint I received a kind email apologizing for the unfortunate beard mangling and offer of a refund. The representative was totally understanding and respectful and was quick to seek out a way to renew my faith in their establishment. I will be returning for a re-do as soon as I can spare some face bush for the endeavor :) This time Ill just bring a photo to help bridge any gap in understanding.
