Fair pricing but their service can feel slow and unfortunately they do not offer loaner cars.

I was very disappointed. I had a reservation for an oil change and it took 2 hours. They hadn't even started on my car until I asked at 1.5 hours. When I got there, they told me it would be 1 - 1.5 hours and they knew I was waiting for it. I posted a negative review when they sent me a survey. Then they contacted me and said "Someone will contact you soon to address your concerns." It's been over a week and I haven't heard from them - I guess that shows how much they really care.
