Rosenthal Nissan Mazda of Tysons Corner

Very poor customer service. The salesman did not listen to me at all. Kept pushing to have my current car appraised. And had to tell him no 3 times. Did not know basic car facts and had to keep running to his computer to check. Know your product. Kept pushing a car when I said it did not meet my minimum requirements. Tried to stop me from leaving asking to get the manager? Why so I could tell the manger what a poor job you did then leave?

Not pushy, just took care of the car and even cleaned it for me free of charge.
