When I first walked into the service station, the attendant was playing on his phone and completely ignored me. I thought, "Perhaps he's busy, and I don't want to be rude by interrupting him." So I waited. He did not respond to me in the two or three minutes that I stood there. A man in the back of the station saw me and asked if I needed help. I asked how much for an oil change. The man who ignored me immediately responded that it was $79.99, and I needed to fill out a form and give him my keys. I was unhappy with the fact that this man had ignored me, but I acquiesced. I asked how long it would take, and he said 30 minutes.
As I waited for 15 minutes, staring at my car, which continued to sit exactly where I parked it, I decided that I did not want to give this station my business. I went back into the station, and I saw my key and the form sitting on the counter exactly where I had left it 15 minutes prior, and the attendant still sitting there playing on his phone.
This station has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not use this station for any auto maintenance.
