I needed a remote start for my car. When I went in they explained the differences between all of the remote start products they sold. The previous place I used to go to pushed only one type of remote start (2-way 1 button). Safe and Sound educated me on the differences making me feel well informed to make my decision.
I opted for the Smart Start without a remote and I made an appointment to have it installed. They finished earlier than they quoted and showed me how to use it. I actually had to come back to the store because my remote start stopped working a week later. They were extremely gracious and immediately began trouble shooting. They replaced my unit and sent me on my way. Unfortunately that replacement unit didn’t work (I did not test it before I left) and I had to make another trip back. They immediately began troubleshooting it again, which they did more extensive tests to ensure it worked.
Long story short they fixed the problem which was no fault of them, it was the actual product. Both times I took it back they really went out of their way to solve my issue. I will definitely come back to get more upgrades on my car from them.
It’s one thing to have a great experience when being sold a product. It’s more important to have support when you need help with your product and they delivered on that!
