I have a business around the area and I'm pretty close to the salon, I have visited the Merrifield location at least 4 times, Marcy has always been available and tries to accommodate me every time even if I just show up with out calling because I don't have a very flexible schedule. I brought my best friend who was visiting from New Jersey and also loved the service and the outcome. Will stay loyal to this place as long as Marcy stays there. Thanks guys. Front desk is somewhat friendly but not all the time. :)
