The reviews are absolutely untrue regarding a certificate.. This client came in with an expired coupon. We were nice enough to tell her that we would honor it. When she came in for her appointment, she didnt have it.. So we told her that she could use it the next time. After she found it , she came back wanting to redeem it for cash. She clearly couldnt understand why we wouldnt give her money for the certificate, although it clearly states the expiration date and not redeemable for cash. Some people cant be pleased.
