Sam's Club

I usually do not write reviews but something has to be fixed. Management in this store is beyond poor. Im at the customer service desk for a refund, nice lady at the desk calls for a manager "for a key". I'm waiting there, she says the manager is in the middle between the register. Ok so i wait 5 min manager is still over there laughing it up with 2 other workers, the lady gets on the loud speaker and calls her. I wait another 5 min, then she finally walks up slow like I'm not a customer here to shop. I'm actually not surprised it was this manager with a strong accent and very skinny i had problems with her before about her being on the phone saying "she was on the phone with a customer" on her personal phone. it was all just a bad experience. Please don't let me get to talking about the store manager its like he does not want to speak to anyone. You call for the store manager "he is on a call" you go in to speak to him, he sends another manager to speak to me I just don't understand. Associates are super kind and friendly that is why i give a 3 star but for a 5 star you will have to fix management. thank you
