Arrived at 11am for my appointment time . I've been waiting here for 4 hours to get unloaded. Sat in parking lot for 1 hour and sat in assigned door for 3 hours. Talked to a couple of other drivers who were waiting for a long time to get loaded and unloaded. This place is definitely unprofessional and slow. I was scheduled for my next assignment (load) at 5 pm in Stuart's Draft, Virginia. Now I'm definitely not going to make that pickup because of these slow people here. I'm still waiting to get unloaded. I'm definitely not coming back here again.
