I hadn't been to a dentist in about 3 years when I had my cleaning at Swisher. They were very thorough, and I think it's the best cleaning I've had, and I've been to 5 different dentists over the years. My teeth felt so much better after they were done with me, and I can't say that about the last dentist I went to. They found a small cavity, and Dr. Brandt took care of it in less than 10 minutes. I didn't feel a thing. Everyone there was very nice and helped me to feel as comfortable as possible during my procedures. They do their best to work with your insurance and give you a good estimate of what you'll have to pay too. If you're looking for a new primary dentist I would definitely recommend Swisher Dentistry.

Running a business instead if the service. Not so customer friendly, rude on top. The price keeps going up. We had to have 3dental visit in the same year. Had to pay out of pocket each time cause they had put us on petodontics maintenance instead of regular cleaning. They suggested as a perodontics maintenance when the other dentist we have now put to the regular cleaning schedule. Have no gum disease, mouth, or breathing problem. Yet they'd poke you hard on the gum and say we have gum disease when it bleeds. When called to relay our concern, the staff Stacy on the phone says you need to find other practice. It was not only about price but the issue of trust between patient and facility . Clarity and explanation on bill is ZERO. Lack of customer handling training perhaps. Have 4 other friends recommended there. NO MORE
