Poor integrity and lack of honesty all together, very poor at communicating their intentions and showing up on time to predetermined appointments with no apology. Unless of course they have an issue with you or getting your money, then they're whoever they think they need to be. They even low enough to try and involve my employer when we had issues. They're here to make money and if you keep that in mind dealing with these individuals and saunders her self becomes much clearer and easier. I'm giving them a poor reading because they manipulate these ratings on here and consistently make claims about great customer service they don't have. They have great money service, they're in service to money. It's their only tangible goal.
