Schlotzsky's

Today is March 6, 2017 and I have never experienced Schlotzsky's deli before, Theccustomer service was very friendly and timely they answer the questions I had to regards what was on each sandwich or the ones that I was interested in they happily answer them I got the biggest combo I could get including the super large tea which is bigger than McDonald's!! there Tea is Fresh and the sandwiches were outstanding. To top it off I took my tea to go and accidentally spilled my tea I went back later and asked if I could get a refill after explaining what happened and they happily agreed THANK YOU FOR A GREAT FIRST EXPERIENCE !! WILL BE BACK !!

Food was great as always, but the people at the drive thru are so impolite it gets worse everytime. I tried to see a name tag to call a district manager and they didn't have any on. So i took a picture of the rude employee. I am not sure why but this location has the best food in Hampton roads but some of the worst service. The only one who is not rude is the young man who wears a visor and actually makes the sandwiches.
