An awful experience with sears. My washer, under warranty, broke 6 weeks ago. They came out and looked at it and said it needed parts. A week later, they came back and said it needed more parts. A week later they came back and said it needed to be replaced and said someone would call in 48 hours. After another week and not hearing from them, I called and was told they hadn't been contacted, so they sent another repair person out to verify and he came and said they needed to replace it. I would hear in 48 hours. After 3-4 more days, I called and they said there was a computer glitch and they hadn't received anything and it would be another 48 hours. After another 48 hours, I called and was transferred and put on hold for 40 minutes and then was told it would take 5 days for the paper work and to call the following Monday after 4 to confirm. All this after I had paid $454 to extend my warranty. Been without a washer for 6 weeks and could have just bought a new one instead of extending. Extremely poor service and customer relations.
